PENDear Brothers and Sisters,
This past week, we have done much progress in renovating our
Maranatha World Outreach Center. We have changed the roof and it is
finished now. You may not see much difference in the stage, but by next
Sunday (08 June 08), we are hoping it will be all done.
Many people do not like all the hassles of renovating an old
building. And believe me, there are many hassles. But I have
thoroughly enjoyed the process. It is kind of like our spiritual journey.
The Bible tells us, "Think it not strange when these fiery trials come upon you.
But count it all joy!"
It is in working through the problems, patching up relationships, enduring the
difficulties that we grow in the grace and in the knowledge of the Lord.
If this is our attitude towards adversity, our outlook in life will be changed.
So, my prayer for you is not to endure the journey, but to enjoy it!
